The "Reverse Proxy SSO Filter for SAP Applications" I s designed to protect your business systems from unauthorized access over the internet. Deployment of costly Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) can be avoided without compromising security.

Every request to your business applications is filtered at the entry point to your network (Reverse Proxy). If a valid SSO Ticket is detected, the request is forwarded to the corresponding business system. Without a valid SSO Ticket, the request is forwarded to a logon page, where user authentication is performed. After successful authentication, an SSO Ticket is issued and the request is redirected to its initial destination.
